Noida labour protest over salary hike turns violent; vehicles torched, vandalism reported
A protest by labourers in Noida turned violent, leading to arson, stone pelting, and large-scale vandalism. Sector 84 was shut down following the unrest, while traffic in nearby Sector 62 came to a complete standstill. Security has been tightened and police forces have been deployed to control the situation and prevent further escalation.
