Modi in UAE: $5 billion investment; India's oil reserves gets 30M barrels boost, LPG pact signed

Narendra Modi and Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held high-level delegation talks in Abu Dhabi as India and the UAE signed a series of major agreements on energy, defence, investments and advanced technology amid escalating West Asia tensions. The two countries signed strategic pacts on petroleum reserves, long-term LPG supplies, defence cooperation, maritime security and infrastructure investments. UAE participation in India’s strategic petroleum reserves will rise to 30 million barrels, while both sides also explored strategic gas storage cooperation.
