India's infrastructure today will define its civilisation for 200 years: Rajnath Singh at BRO event

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh highlighted India's infrastructure transformation while addressing the BRO Tech Symposium in Delhi. Singh said that over the past 10–12 years, India has undertaken a major connectivity mission spanning villages, cities, mountains, peaks and remote regions. He said connectivity is no longer limited to roads, with the government focusing on roads, railways, air routes and digital infrastructure. The Defence Minister also praised the Border Roads Organisation's work in difficult terrains and high-altitude regions, highlighting its transformation into a strategic infrastructure organisation.
