Govt bans ‘Sarke Chunar’; Nora Fatehi distances herself from lyrics row
The government has banned the controversial song ‘Sarke Chunar’ from KD: The Devil, Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw told Lok Sabha on Wednesday. The track had triggered outrage over its lyrics and visuals. Actor Nora Fatehi later said she had no role in the Hindi version and alleged it was released without her approval.
