World leaders at the G20 Summit this weekend are in for a foodie adventure! They're going to dig into a fancy vegetarian spread that's all about India's amazing food traditions. A senior official spilled the beans, saying they'll get to taste a mix of yummy dishes from all over India. It's like a flavor-packed journey through our diverse and tasty Indian cuisine!

The spread will include the aromatic Mughlai dishes of North India, the traditional culinary treasures of South India, and the irresistible chaat delights from various regions of the country. Over the course of three days, starting on Friday, delegates will have the opportunity to relish these delectable offerings.

While the Nigerian delegation arrived in New Delhi earlier this week, other leaders are set to arrive from Thursday evening onwards. The International Media Centre at the Pragati Maidan complex will commence its operations on Friday, welcoming international journalists and media personnel.

In addition to these mouthwatering dishes, the menu will feature a selection of street foods and innovative recipes that incorporate millets, a nutritious grain gaining popularity worldwide. Millets have been a prominent feature on the G20 meeting menus during India's Presidency, which commenced on December 1st of the previous year.

Furthermore, the world leaders and delegates will have the opportunity to savor the culinary delights of Old Delhi's iconic Chandni Chowk, renowned for its vibrant street food scene.

The hotels hosting the global leaders and delegates will also present innovative dishes based on millets, aligning with India's commitment to promoting healthy and sustainable food choices.
