Bilkis Bano case convicts file response in SC, cite 1992 Remission Rules

Bilkis Bano case convicts have filed their response in Supreme Court. Convicts have justified their premature release by saying 1992 Remission Rules which did not prohibit the release of rape, gang-rape, or murder convicts were made applicable to the Gujarat government as per the directions of the Supreme Court.
