Bihar police chowkidars and dafadars protest for dependent’s jobs in Patna
In Patna, chowkidars and dafadaars of Bihar Police staged a protest demanding reinstatement of jobs for their dependents. Protestors argued that earlier, dependents of deceased personnel were offered employment, and the same practice should continue. They highlighted that chowkidars risk their lives to assist the police and deserve security for their families. The union has vowed to press its demand directly before the Chief Minister.
