Article 370 case in SC: Centre ready for elections in Jammu and Kashmir 'any time now'
The five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court, hearing a clutch of petitions challenging the abrogation of Article 370, had asked the Centre to specify a time frame for the restoration of electoral democracy in the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir, saying the present arrangement 'has to come to an end'.
