Adani Aerospace & Brazil’s Embraer sign MoU to assemble aircraft, build RTA ecosystem in India

Adani Aerospace & Defence has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Brazil’s Embraer to assemble commercial aircraft in India, marking a major step toward localising aircraft manufacturing under the Make in India programme. Announced at the Ministry of Civil Aviation in the presence of Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, the partnership aims to build a full regional transport aircraft (RTA) ecosystem. The collaboration supports India’s RTA ambitions, strengthens domestic aviation capabilities, and enhances India-Brazil strategic ties.
