2008 Malegaon blast case: Witness says, 'forced to frame CM Yogi Adityanath'
In a significant twist in the ongoing Malegaon blast case, a witness has told a court that he was 'forced to frame Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister yogi Adityanath' by the probing agencies. The witness told Special NIA court that he was 'tortured by ATS, the then probe agency of the case' and claimed that the ATS forced him to falsely name Yogi Adityanath and four other people from RSS.
