West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Friday said that an "undeclared" President's Rule has been imposed in the state without formally announcing it. She was speaking ahead of the manifesto release of the Trinamool.

Banerjee also expressed concern over the supplementary voter list, which is being adjudicated by judicial officers appointed by the Calcutta HC. Altogether, 60.6 lakh names have been taken up for adjudication, of which around 25 lakh cases had been completed till Thursday.

Banerjee said it is her priority to save the country from the hands of PM Narendra Modi. She alleged that the ECI has carried out a reshuffle of IAS and IPS officers to facilitate the entry of money, weapons, drugs, and mafias across the border.

"We have never seen such a conspiracy in the past. This time, it has surpassed all limits. The conspiracy is very deep. How will we manage such a large deployment of CAPF and central observers? There is already an LPG crisis," she said.

"They (Centre) will be doing delimitation after the election, followed by NRC and Census. This is deep rooted conspiracy . We don't accept this. It is almost heading towards destruction," Banerjee said.
