Ravi Kishan is my daughter's father, claims woman, says they got married 28 years ago

A woman named Aparna Thakur, calling BJP MP from Gorakhpur and film actor Ravi Kishan Shukla the father of her daughter, has alleged that he is not 'accepting' her daughter from second marriage, socially and publicly. Talking to journalists in Lucknow with her daughter, Aparna Thakur made serious allegations against the MP and said, "My name is Aparna and my daughter is the daughter of MP and actor Ravi Kishan, whom he is not accepting." Aparna warned, "I am also going to court for this."


She also appealed to the Chief Minister to get her daughter the right and said, "I demand from the Chief Minister that my daughter gets justice." Aparna also said that she does not want to harm Ravi Kishan, so she did not report to the police, but she will go to court for her daughter's rights.


The woman even gave details about her marriage with Ravi Kishan and said that they were married in Malad, Mumbai in 1996. She said that she just wanted to demand Ravi Kishan to either adopt the daughter or give her daughter her rightful dues.

During the conversation with reporters, Aparna was accompanied by her daughter. As per PTI's hindi news agency Bhasha, an attempt was made to contact Ravi Kishan in this regard but he could not be contacted. When asked, his public relations officer Pawan Dubey said that Ravi Kishan is out of town and if he has anything to say in this matter, he will inform you, PTI Bhasha reported.

Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan is contesting Lok Sabha elections from Gorakhpur against Kajal Nishad (SP). Gorakhpur has been a stronghold of the BJP. Ravi Kishan is the sitting MP from Gorakhpur constituency. The constituency is home town of current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath.
