Yechury in Agartala said, “Our delegation would meet the Election Commission to apprise the prevailing situation in the poll bound Tripura.”
He said that ruling BJP is distributing huge money, central agencies being used and money and muscle power being utilised to win the February 16 assembly elections in Tripura.“BJP, Central government, state government nexus coupled with the police and the other authorities hatched a serious conspiracy to rig the elections. Three days before the polling (February 16) there could be serious law and order problems by the BJP.”
