Tamil Nadu polls: Dravidian model in complete contrast to BJP's, says MK Stalin
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin stated the state achieved double-digit growth. He attributed this success to the Dravidian model government. Stalin criticized the central government and the BJP. He highlighted Tamil Nadu's economic performance...

The CM said that the industrial and economic prowess of the state is such that even the BJP government has described Tamil Nadu as a top state in terms of economic performance. Stalin highlighted that he came to the CM office in 2021 with a ten-year vision. He also made it a point to respond to allegations by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Maduravoyal road project, blaming the AIADMK for causing previous delays through court stays when they were in power. "After we assumed office, we coordinated with the Union government, obtained approval, and now the work is progressing", he said. Stalin said that PM Modi was creating policy confusion ahead of the assembly elections. "Prime Minister Modi, having no achievements of his own to highlight, has resorted to policy confusion during the election period," Stalin said.
He also launched a scathing attack on AIADMK and NDA, saying their alliance did not know who was leading the campaigns and called it a "comedy". "While Edappadi Palaniswami was present on stage as the leader of the AIADMK, Modi spoke of forming an NDA government," he said. That is why, he said, this was a fight between NDA and Tamil Nadu where he was certain that Tamil Nadu would reign supreme over Delhi.
