Tamil Nadu chief minister EK Palaniswami lashed out at DMK chief MK Stalin on Friday for his incessant jibes that Palaniswami had to “crawl under the table to fall on Sasikala's feet to become the state's chief minister”.“Am I a lizard or a snake to crawl? Don't I have legs? Being an opposition leader, don't you know how to speak of a chief minister?" Palaniswami said while addressing a rally in Cuddalore.

On Thursday too, the DMK had attacked the CM saying he was corrupt and went on to accuse him of being complicit in the deaths of those who were killed in the anti-Sterlite protests, the custodial deaths of Jayaraj and his son Bennix of Sathankulam, along with a series of deaths at Jayalalithaa’s Kodanad estate after her demise, and even held the government responsible for the deaths of medical aspirants by paving the way for NEET.
