BJP using Nitish Kumar playbook to target Tamil Nadu, alleges CM Stalin

MK Stalin, the DMK leader, has vowed to expose the BJP's hidden agendas in Tamil Nadu. He accused them of slowly incorporating the AIADMK into their structure, using Edappadi Palaniswami as a mere pawn in their game.

‘Will tear off BJP mask and expose it to the people of TN’
Chennai: DMK will tear off the mask that BJP is wearing and expose it to the people of Tamil Nadu, chief minister MK Stalin said at the party's 12th state conference near Trichy on Monday.

"If you bring AIADMK, will our Tamil Nadu people not recognise you (BJP)?" he said. "We will tear off your mask and expose you to the people of Tamil Nadu. The saffron party thinks that they can somehow swallow Tamil Nadu. As long as our black and red army is there, it will never happen."

He said BJP was swallowing AIADMK little by little and added that he sympathised with the rival Dravidian party's workers as Edappadi K Palaniswami had mortgaged the party to New Delhi.

"Palaniswami is a slave to the desire to become the chief minister somehow for his own benefit, for his own gain. BJP is using him to destroy the entire AIADMK," Stalin said.

He said Bihar playbook is being used in Tamil Nadu. BJP won Bihar elections on Nitish Kumar's strength but were now sidelining him, he said. "They are trying to do the same in Tamil Nadu," he claimed. "I will tell you, as long as MK Stalin and our DMK are there, BJP will never be able to rule Tamil Nadu. No matter what you do, no matter what mask you wear, no matter who you bring in, no matter how many new organisations you threaten, Tamil Nadu will always be out of your control."

He said that just as NDA says 'no' to everything Tamil Nadu asks for, the people of Tamil Nadu will also say 'no' to them during elections. "Here you will always have 'no entry'. Tamil Nadu will always say 'no entry' to your Dabba Engine. This election is Tamil Nadu vs NDA," he reiterated.

"It (DMK) is a party that always stands on the field for the rights of the people. We know... We know very well who the real enemy of Tamil Nadu, the Tamil language, and Tamil culture is..."
