We will not let Cong succeed, will protect freedom of judiciary: PM Modi
Modi said Congress is against Dalits, the exploited and backward classes.

Referring to Congress’ move to impeach former CJI Dipak Misra, Modi said “if the Supreme Court judge does not make a timetable as per their political intentions or if he (SC judge) wants to listen to all parties in a sensitive case like Ayodhya, they threaten impeachment. “We will not let Congress succeed. We will protect the freedom of the judiciary.”
Modi attacked the Congress for continuously raising questions about his caste. He cited the teachings of Surdas, Kabirdas, Saint Ravidas, Ramanand and Sikh Gurus to say that caste doesn’t matter. Citing the couplet of Saint Ravidas – ‘Jo Hari ko bhaje wo Hari ka hoi’ he said BJP aims at serving the public. “Jo janta ko bhaje wo janta ka hoi.”
Modi said Congress is against Dalits, the exploited and backward classes. “When we introduced the OBC Commission Bill in Parliament, the Congress vehemently opposed it. But we made it a point to ensure its passage.”
He said the BJP at the Centre and Vasundhara Raje in Rajasthan have contributed a lot to the overall development in the country. “We are seeking votes in the name of development, in the name of the work we have done.
