The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled its third list of candidates for the upcoming Rajasthan assembly elections scheduled for November 25. In a strategic move, the party has nominated Mahendra Singh Rathore as its contender in the Sardarpura assembly constituency, where he will go head-to-head with Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.

Furthermore, BJP leader Ajit Singh Mehta has been chosen to contest from Tonk, a constituency where he will be pitted against Gehlot's former deputy and Congress leader, Sachin Pilot.

Additionally, the BJP has put forward Balmukand Acharya as its candidate for the Hawamahal constituency. It's worth noting that the Congress is yet to announce its candidate for this particular seat.

Previously, the BJP had unveiled two lists comprising 124 candidates. With this latest announcement, the party has now fielded candidates for 182 out of the 200 assembly seats in Rajasthan.
