Besides, the saffron party has also promised Rs 450 subsidy on LPG cylinder for Ujjawala beneficiaries, bonus of Rs 2,700 per quintal on MSP for wheat.
"For other parties, the manifesto is just a formality. But for the BJP, it's a roadmap for development. So this 'Sankalp Patra' is not just words written on the page, but we are committed to fulfilling these sentences. Our history is the proof that we did whatever we said," said Nadda.
Taking a dig on the ruling party in the state, the BJP chief said Congress in Rajasthan is known for being number one in corruption, atrocities on poor and paper leaks. The number of paper leaks that happened in the state has broken records, he added.
"Special Investigation Team will be formed to probe paper leaks, other scams in Rajasthan if BJP forms govt in state," Nadda said.
This is the state where the rate of electricity is highest and petrol and diesel have the highest VAT, he said further.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, 23 medical colleges were opened in the last nine years out of which 11 are operational, he said.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) in October announced that polling in Rajasthan will happen on November 25 and the result will be declared on December 3. The term of the 200-seat Rajasthan assembly is coming to end in January first week.
