Kerala's newly sworn-in United Democratic Front (UDF) cabinet averages Rs 6 crore in assets per minister, with Shibu Baby John of Chavara topping the list at Rs 25 crore, according to an analysis by the Association for Democratic Re forms (ADR) and Kerala Elecion Watch.

Shibu Baby John has declared assets of Rs 25 crore. 15 ministers are crorepatis. 90% of the minister face criminal charges.
