Kerala Assembly Polls: From Mammootty, MA Baby to Shobha Surendran cast vote as polling underway

Kerala is gearing up for a crucial Assembly election on Thursday, with around 2.71 crore voters expected to cast their votes in a high-stakes contest. While the ruling LDF is eyeing a third straight term, the UDF is looking to return to power, and the NDA aims to challenge the state's traditional bipolar political landscape. Key battleground constituencies include Nemom, Thrissur, Palakkad, and Manjeshwaram. Voting is being held today from 7 am to 6 pm across all 140 constituencies, with 883 candidates contesting the polls.
