Veteran BJP worker Makhanlal Sarkar spoke after Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched his feet and sought his blessings during the swearing-in ceremony of West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari. Makhanlal Sarkar said PM Modi told him, “Bless me,” during the emotional moment. Family members and supporters gave him a grand welcome after he returned home to Siliguri.
