Aam Aadmi Party released its first list of seven candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, scheduled to be held in three phases starting September 18. The elections will take place in three phases with results announced on October 4.

Fayaz Ahmed Sofi has been fielded from Pulwama, Muddasir Hassan from Rajpora, and Sheikh Fida Hussain from Devsar. Additionally, Mohsin Shafkat Mir is the candidate from Dooru, Mehraj Din Malik from Doda, and Yasir Shafi Matto will contest from Doda West.

AAP first list for J&K


The electoral process will unfold over three phases. Phase 1 will occur on September 18, Phase 2 on September 25, and Phase 3 on October 1. Out of the 90 assembly constituencies, 24 seats will be contested in the first phase, 26 in the second phase, and 40 in the final phase.

The results of these elections will be announced on October 4, marking a significant political event in Jammu and Kashmir.
