BJP on Tuesday announced its second list of 21 candidates for Haryana assembly elections, dropping six sitting MLAs, including two ministers, and giving tickets to two Muslims.

With this, the party has announced candidates for 87 out of 90 assembly seats. It is yet to announce candidates for Sirsa, Mahendergarh and NIT Faridabad. BJP also changed its Pehowa candidate after initial nominee Sardar Kamaljeet Singh Ajrana expressed his inability to contest the poll, citing opposition from local leaders.

The party has fielded former Air India captain Yogesh Kumar against Olympian Vinesh Phogat, who is representing Congress, from Julana.
