Gujarat Elections Phase 1: Date, time & list of constituencies going to polls

Polling in the first phase of Gujarat elections 2022 will be held on Thursday 89 of the total 182 Assembly seats will go to polls in the first phase, with the remaining 93 going to polls in the second phase of polling to be held on December 5. Votes will be counted on December 8.

Polling will be held across 89 constituencies from 8 am to 5 pm. Exit polls will be published only after the end of polling in Phase 2.

Here are the 89 constituencies - spread across the 19 districts of Kutch, Saurashtra and South Gujarat - that go to polls on December 1.

A total of 2,39,76,670 voters are registered in the areas covered under the first phase. This includes 1,24,33,362 male, 1,15,42,811 female and 497 third gender voters. A total of 4,91,35,400 voters are registered in the state.

For the first phase of elections, voting will be held at 25,434 polling booths, which will include 9,018 in urban areas and 16,416 in rural areas.
