Gujarat elections 2022: A man delays his wedding to cast vote
Prafulbhai More claimed to have rescheduled his wedding, which is to be held in Maharashtra so that he could cast vote for the election of the next government in the state. Prafulbhai More was photographed voting at a polling booth in Gujarat’s Tapi.

Prafulbhai More was photographed dressed in a traditional kurta pyjama and smeared in haldi (turmeric) at a polling booth in Gujarat’s Tapi at 12.23 pm.
He said he has to go to Maharashtra in the evening for his wedding.

Polling for the first phase of the Gujarat Assembly election began at 8 am amid tight security arrangements. The polling in the first phase of the Gujarat Assembly election 2022 is taking place in 89 constituencies spread across 19 districts of Kutch, Saurashtra and South Gujarat.
