Goa Polls 2022: PM Modi targets Congress over 15-year delay in Goa liberation

While addressing a public rally in Goa, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 10 said, “From this land of Goa, phrases like 'Congress-Mukt Bharat' unexpectedly came out of my mouth. Today these phrases have become the resolution of many citizens of the country. For us, Goa means Governance, Opportunities and Aspirations. “Whenever I come to Goa, I always miss my dear friend Manohar Parrikar. You Goans must have felt his absence even more,” added PM Modi.
