Delhi Assembly elections 2025 results: From Arvind Kejriwal to Manish Sisodia, the big losers of Delhi polls

The 2025 assembly election in Delhi saw some heavyweights biting the dust. Here’s a list of the bigwigs who failed to win their seats in this year’s election.

Aam Aadmi Party candidate Manish Sisodia was the first to concede defeat, losing to BJP candidate Tarvinder Singh Marwah from the Jangpura constituency.




But the biggest setback was the defeat of AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, who lost to BJP’s Parvesh Verma in a hotly contested election from the New Delhi constituency.

BJP's Ramesh Bidhuri was among the high-profile candidates who lost the Delhi polls. He was defeated by outgoing Delhi CM and top AAP leader Atishi.
