The first part of the manifesto was launched by BJP National President JP Nadda and BJP MP Anurag Thakur released the second part. The party had promised to continue the existing welfare schemes in the national capital in its first part.
"When we imagine a developed India, a developed Delhi has an important role. National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji had earlier presented his views before you regarding the Developed Delhi Resolution 2025. Today I have come before you all with its second part," he said.
BJP's promises for Delhi Elections
- The needy students will receive free education from KG to PG in government educational institutions.
- The needy aspirants willing to appear for competitive exams will also be provided Rs 15,000 lumpsum financial assistance.
- BJP said it will form a SIT will be formed adopting 'zero tolerance' policy against mis-governance and corruption done by AAP government in Delhi.
- SC students to get a monthly stipend of Rs 1,000 under the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Stipend Yojana.
- The party has promised to set up a welfare board for auto-taxi drivers, life insurance of Rs 10 lakh, accident insurance of Rs 5 lakh and vehicle insurance along with scholarship for their children.
- Welfare board for domestic workers will be created, life insurance of Rs 10 lakh, accident insurance of Rs 5 lakh, scholarship for their children and 6 months paid maternity leave
- The number of beneficiaries of PM Swanidhi Yojana to be doubled.
