Ballimaran Election Results: Imran Hussain vs Haroon Yusuf vs Kamal Bagri, who’s winning?

Ballimaran is one of the 70 assembly constituencies in Delhi and is located in Central Delhi district. This seat was reorganised in 2008 by the Delimitation Commission and has a large Muslim population.

Candidates in the 2025 Delhi Election

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has again chosen Imran Hussain, who has won this seat twice before. The Congress has fielded veteran leader Haroon Yusuf for the eighth time. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has given a ticket to Kamal Bagri.

Ballimaran Election Results in 2015 and 2020

2020 Election:

Imran Hussain (AAP) won the seat with 65,644 votes. BJP’s candidate Lata got 29,472 votes, while Congress leader Haroon Yusuf received 4,802 votes.

2015 Election:
Imran Hussain (AAP) won with 57,118 votes. BJP’s Shyam Lal Morwal secured 23,241 votes, and Congress' Haroon Yusuf got 13,205 votes.

With AAP aiming to retain power, BJP trying to make inroads, and Congress attempting a comeback, the Ballimaran seat remains an interesting contest in the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections.
