AAP leaders shameless, obstinate and just make noise, Says Dharmendra Pradhan

Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday attacked the AAP and its leader Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of not fulfilling the promises made to the people of Delhi.

During the ET Roundtable, the BJP leader said the Delhi government hasn't fulfilled promises made by it and has not done any work in the education sector. "They (AAP) have not delivered, whether it is in education or any other sector. AAP is an expert in just making noise. They are shameless and obstinate. You cannot do anything with such people," Pradhan said. He also raised questions on Kejriwal's claims to be an honest politician. "Kejriwal goes to jail in the liquor scam. He comes out and still goes around saying that he is the most honest politician in the country," he said.

Pradhan said both the Congress and AAP are engaged in reactionary politics. "Congress is a bankrupt party in terms of ideas and AAP is their offshoot. All our opponents are reactionary groups and nothing else, devoid of any idea and commitment. Of course, there is a role for such groups too in a democracy," he said.
