Patna polling row: Women allege BLO denied them vote saying ‘no slip, no ballot’ despite ID proof
During the first phase of Bihar Assembly Elections, two women in Patna alleged they were stopped from voting despite having their voter ID and names on the list. The Election Commission allows 12 valid ID proofs for voting, yet confusion over voter slips created frustration among voters.
