Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that Congress is a confused party without leaders and policy.

Modi addressing an election rally in Assam’s Karimganj district said that Congress wants to garner votes by deceit. “Congress party does not have leaders, policy and ideology. Can such a party which is confused, provide a stable government?”

Modi said that Congress is cut off from the ground. “Congress party neglected Northeast India for decades. BJP government is working to make Northeast India hub of country’s growth”
