BJP will enact law against Love Jihad and Land Jihad- Union Home minister Amit Shah

Union Home minister Amit Shah said BJP will enact law against Love Jihah and Land Jihad.

Shah addressed four rallies in Assam on Friday. While addressing a rally in Kamalpur he said, “In the manifesto we have stated we will bring law against Love Jihad and land Jihad.”

He said the BJP-led government in the last five years made Assam agitation free, insurgency free. "We will make Assam a developed state with added employment and free from floods.”


BJP in its manifesto has stated that it will formulate an de-radicalisation policy to identity and strictly quash organisations and individuals from fanning the flames of communal exclusion and separatism.

While attacking Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Shah said modern Kalapahad Badruddin Ajmal cannot save Assam, cannot protect Assam.

Kalapahad was Muslim General of Bengal Sultanate. Ajmal is the chief of All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) which is fighting this year’s assembly polls in alliance with Congress.
