Ahead of the assembly elections in Assam, Congress on Saturday released its second list of candidates while leaving out 15 seats for its alliance partners in the poll-bound state.

In the previous list by the grand old party, Congress has already declared a list of 42 candidates. Assam has 126 assembly seats.
