Tata Technologies appoints Geena Binoy as CHRO

Tata Technologies has brought on board Geena Binoy as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), the global engineering and product development digital services company said in a statement.

Binoy, already part of the company’s executive leadership team and currently responsible for global delivery for digital enterprise solutions (DES), will be responsible for driving its human resources strategy, focusing on talent supply chain and talent development and supporting its growth plans.

In her new role, she will lead efforts to strengthen learning, innovation, and inclusivity, the statement said.

Binoy has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology sector.
