Firms like Vedanta, Ecom Express, PepsiCo, CashKaro, Titan Company, JSW MG Motor, Luminous Power, Thomas Cook, SOTC, Zopper, and Vantage Circle are doing all they can to engage employees and keep festive spirits up this Diwali.
“This Diwali, we are celebrating with our delivery partners by recognising their dedication, including awarding bikes to top performers,” said Pallavi Tyagi, CMO, Ecom Express. Apart from this, Ecom Express is also conducting team bonding activities like fun games, music, and an Ethnic Day celebration.
Vedanta is bringing together employees, business partners and their families across all its business units and locations this Diwali.
“Townships in HZL, Jharsuguda, BALCO, Lanjigarh, light up with displays, adding to the festive spirit. In the spirit of sharing, sweets, dry fruits, trolley bags, and silver coins are distributed to each of our employees, further adding to the excitement of the season,” said Madhu Srivastava, CHRO, Vedanta.
Similarly, PepsiCo, too, is hosting a fun-filled Family Day.
“Our Family Days take place across our plants where thousands of associates along with their families, come together to celebrate the festive season,” said Pavitra Singh, CHRO, PepsiCo India & South Asia.

Insurtech startup Zopper is celebrating Diwali through an entire day lined up at the workplace. For the first time, it has initiated food stands set up by its staff to display their culinary skills, said its CHRO, Pallavi Gupta.
JSW MG Motor India has celebrations planned for its corporate office, manufacturing facility, and regional offices.
The company is also organising team-building activities like pictionary, dumb charades, tambola, and creative competitions including workstation decoration, rangoli, diya-making and special karaoke sessions.
“We’ve already celebrated various festivals this year, including Dussehra, Dhanteras, and Eid,” said Priya Pillai, head of HR, Titan Company.
Reward and recognition platform, Vantage Circle, is organising cultural events, themed office decorations, and in-person celebrations at its office, said its employee engagement evangelist, Pallav Popli.
At energy solutions provider Luminous Power Technologies, Diwali is being celebrated throughout the week and is not just limited to a day, said its CHRO Shikha Gupta.
The celebrations at Luminous started with a fete, featuring NGO stalls selling gifting and décor items, accompanied by dance performances, followed by a treasure hunt and food stalls. “Next we’re hosting a games evening with tambola and Karaoke Jam sessions,” said Gupta.
“This year, in addition to a Diwali gift for all our employees and contract staff, we have planned a host of vibrant initiatives,” said Mona Cheriyan, president and group head of HR, Thomas Cook India & SOTC Travel.
CashKaro and EarnKaro are organising stand-up comedy shows in addition to cultural performances.
All employees will get Amazon gift vouchers, said Rohan Bhargava, co-Founder of CashKaro and EarnKaro.
