Former Aon Hewitt CEO Sandeep Chaudhary joins PeopleStrong as president

NEW DELHI: Sandeep Chaudhary, former chief executive of Aon Hewitt, has joined PeopleStrong as president and member of the board. PeopleStrong, an enterprise work and HR tech company, said the move was a part of the company’s efforts to invest and drive accelerated growth in India and Asia.

The company’s co-founder and CEO Pankaj Bansal said that Asian markets were expected to be a big market for the company in the next few years, and Chaudhary would help attract and build a world-class team. Chaudhary, who stepped down from Aon Hewitt early this year after a 17-year stint at the company, said the HR tech market in Asia is at an interesting cusp and that he was thrilled to be joining PeopleStrong.

Chaudhary is currently an advisor to several private equity backed businesses on their talent and organisation issues, and special situations like mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO and emerging market expansion.
