Essar group president HR-Adil Malia resigns

MUMBAI: Essar Group HR head, Adil Malia has resigned. Malia has been with the business house for a decade and will leave to start his own consulting firm.

The 55 year old HR head's areas of expertise are in -Business Leadership, Strategic HR management, OD, Learning and Employee Relations.

“Adil joined Essar in 2006 as our Group President HR and has since been a part of our journey to professionalize our leadership and people management plant and programs. We as a Company encourage employee entrepreneurship and therefore support Adil’s decision to be part of a Management Consulting outfit of his own,” said the company in a mail to ET

Malia has previously worked multinationals like GE, M&S and Coca-Cola , Godrej, Al Futtaims (Pan Gulf). The pass out from Tata Institute of Social Sciences will be with the company till January.
