DXC Technology appoints new HR leader for India

DXC Technology has brought on board Lokendra Sethi as its vice-president of HR, said a company statement issued today.

DXC Technology has brought on board Lokendra Sethi as its vice-president of HR, said a company statement issued today. Sethi will drive the human resource strategy for the company in India and will be responsible to scale its operations for the anticipated growth. His responsibilities will include the full gamut of human resource activities, and he will also lead the diversity and inclusion and corporate responsibility charters for India.

Sethi has over two decades of experience working with some leading IT and consulting organisations. He comes to DXC from AECOM where he led the global HR talent services organisation and supported the establishment of its global delivery services network. Previously, he was at Accenture as managing director of HR service delivery for its India operations.

“India is a strategic growth centre for DXC Technology, and this leadership appointment signifies our commitment to building our India delivery centre as a world-class talent pool, supporting our global delivery strategy and DXC’s Enterprise Technology Stack,” said Mary Finch, DXC’s executive vice-president and chief human resources officer.
