DHR Global names Vikram Chhachhi Managing Partner, Asia

Bengaluru: Global executive search and talent advisory firm DHR Global has promoted Vikram Chhachhi to Managing Partner, Asia, the company said on Thursday.

In this expanded role, Chhachhi will lead the firm’s strategic growth across the Asia Pacific region to align and scale DHR’s work across China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. He will continue to serve as Managing Partner, India, a role he has held for four years.

Chhachhi has been with DHR for nearly a decade, partnering with clients on senior leadership needs and complex organisational challenges. His work spans consumer goods, technology, retail, hospitality, and media and entertainment. He also plays a leadership role across DHR’s Board & CEO, Consumer & Retail, and Commercial Growth Practices.

In his new capacity, Chhachhi will work closely with regional partners and practice leaders to strengthen cross-border delivery and deepen client relationships. He will also focus on building integrated talent strategies that reflect the needs of organisations operating across diverse markets. His leadership will be especially important as companies navigate periods of growth, transformation, and leadership transition.
