MUMBAI: Last week, the Brand Equity Marketing Awards’ final jury decided which marketers will walk away with the very first batch of awards this Friday. The inaugural edition of Brand Equity Marketing Awards, which honours excellence in marketing will take place on April 20 in Mumbai.
The final jury comprised custodians of some of the biggest brands in the country or, for that matter, the world. Jury members included chief executives from ITC, HUL, Ogilvy, GroupM, Myntra, Kotak Mahindra, Aditya Birla Group, and Walmart.
After four hours of heated debates and eye-opening discussions, the jury decided on the final winners in categories ranging from print marketing campaign to social media campaign and integrated, among others. Winners will be announced at a gala ceremony on Friday.
