Corporate governance and the role of company boards is a hot topic globally, and it has been part of the debate in India since Tata Sons removed Cyrus Mistry as its chairman last month. Global executive search consultant Russell Reynolds conducted a board behaviour survey to identify what makes an effective board culture.
