Sunil Singhania led Abakkus Flexi Cap Fund portfolio out for first time since NFO: HDFC Bank among 16 stocks
Abakkus Mutual Fund has disclosed the first portfolio of its flexi cap fund since its NFO, with HDFC Bank as the top holding. The fund follows the MEETS framework and holds 16 stocks across market capitalisations.

According to the data disclosed by the fund house, the flexi cap fund holds around 16 stocks in its portfolio, with HDFC Bank emerging as the top holding.

The portfolio data show that based on the percentage of net assets, the fund has the highest allocation to HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank at around 2.78% and 2.42% respectively. The fund held 7 lakh shares of HDFC Bank and 4.50 lakh shares of ICICI Bank.
The flexi cap fund held 4.27 lakh shares of State Bank of India in its December portfolio, followed by 2.75 lakh shares of United Spirits.
Holdings in Larsen & Toubro and The Federal Bank stood at 1.47% each during the period. The flexi cap fund held nearly 45,000 shares of Oracle Financial Services Software, accounting for a 1.39% allocation in the portfolio.
Around 10 lakh shares of Tata Steel and 2.17 lakh shares of Heritage Foods were part of the portfolio, with allocations of 0.72% and 0.40% respectively.
The last two stocks based on allocation were Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation and Supriya Lifescience, with allocations of 0.30% and 0.08% respectively in December.
The flexi cap fund had 11.47% exposure to large-cap stocks, 4.45% to mid-cap stocks, 3.33% to small-cap stocks, and 80.75% categorised under others. The assets under management of the fund stood at Rs 2,492 crore as on December 31, 2025. During the NFO period, the fund collected Rs 2,468 crore.
The fund opened for subscription on December 8 and closed on December 22. In a release, the fund house said, “This reflects strong interest from investors across the country, with participation from nearly 5,518 pin codes across 2,000 cities. About 36,688 retail and 1,060 institutional investors subscribed to the flexi cap fund during the NFO period. To promote investment inclusivity and business scalability, Abakkus Mutual Fund has built an extensive network of 4,700 empanelled distributors.”
The Abakkus Flexi Cap Fund is managed by Sanjay Doshi and is benchmarked against the BSE 500 TRI.
The fund is suitable for investors seeking capital appreciation over the long term and aims to generate returns by investing in equity and equity-related instruments across largecap, midcap and smallcap stocks.
