In July, the flexicap fund held 3.60 lakh shares of Swiggy in its portfolio taking the total number of shares to 20.95 lakh in July compared to 17.34 lakh in the previous month. Around 2.02 lakh shares of Paytm were added to the portfolio and the fund had 18.49 lakh shares in its portfolio.
Among the other 12 stocks where the fund increased its exposure, the maximum number of shares of V2 Retail were added to the portfolio.

The fund added 7.74 lakh shares of V2 Retail and had 17.07lakh shares in its portfolio in July against 9.33 lakh shares in the previous month. Nearly 5.97 lakh shares of Delhivery, 4.06 lakh shares of Eternal and 2.65 lakh shares of Saregama India were added to the portfolio.
The other eight stocks where this flexi cap fund increased its exposure include names such as Bajaj Finance, Piramal Finance, Shriram Finance, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, Adani Enterprises, ICICI Bank, 360 One Wam, and Ather Energy.
SBI Funds Management was among five stocks that were the new entrants in the portfolio in July. The flexi cap fund added 9.70 lakh shares of SBI Funds Management in its portfolio worth a market value of Rs 57.18 crore.
The other four stocks were Bharat Heavy Electricals, Poonawalla Fincorp, Page Industries, and Interglobe Aviation that were added to the portfolio.
Varun Beverages and India Shelter Finance Corporation were two stocks from which this flexi cap fund made complete exit. Nearly 17.48 lakh shares of Varun Beverages and 93,156 shares of India Shelter Finance Corporation were sold out from the portfolio.
The exposure was reduced in two stocks in July. Around 2.26 lakh shares of Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) were sold out from the portfolio and the fund had 2.95 lakh shares of this stock in the portfolio. Around 1.69 lakh shares of BSE were sold out from the portfolio and the fund had 2.22 lakh shares in its portfolio.
The exposure remained unchanged in 50 stocks which includes some names such as Siemens Energy India, ITC Hotels, SBI, Titan Company, HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, Marico, Welspun Corporation, Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel, Solar Industries, HDFC AMC, and ICICI Prudential AMC.

In July, the fund had 71 stocks in its portfolio compared to 68 stocks in the previous month. The portfolio of the fund was spread across 27 sectors with highest allocation in finance of around 17.34%
Launched on November 13, 2023, the fund had an AUM of Rs 8,055 crore. Since its inception, the fund delivered a CAGR of 17.58%. In the last one year, the fund delivered 6.31% return against 2.53% by the benchmark.
The performance is benchmarked against Nifty 500 - TRI. The fund holds 59.68% in large caps, 19.09% in mid caps, 19.01% in small caps and 2.22% in others.
