Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Motor Gen Fin, Geekay Wires, KDDL Ltd, Chaman Lal Setia and Ramkrishna Forg, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:27AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 73.15 points to 17783.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Mangalam Global Ent, Elin Electronics Ltd., Jayant Agro Org, Indo Rama Synth and Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 17 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 32 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Titan Company, L&T, Bajaj Auto, Eicher Motors and NTPC were among top gainers, while SBI, Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, Infosys and HDFC Life traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 235.28 points down at 60447.42 at 11:27AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Leather, Holding Company, Gems and Jewellery, Retail and Rubber sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Textiles, Media & Entertainment, Infrastructure and Shipping sectors.
