Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Manaksia Ltd, Apar Industries, Data Patterns(India)Ltd., Upsurge Seeds of Agriculture Ltd. and Vinny Overseas, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 128.95 points to 17791.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd., Godha Cabcon & Insul, Sintex Inds., BAG Films and Kamdhenu Ventures Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 39 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ICICI Bank, Divis Labs, Britannia, Hindalco and Tech Mahindra were among top gainers, while Sun Pharma, Adani Ent., BPCL, Coal India Ltd and M&M traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 454.93 points up at 60004.83 at 10:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Learning & Education, Industrial Equipment, Miscellaneous, Fertilisers and Leather sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Textiles, Infrastructure, Plastics and IT Software sectors.
