Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Rajshree Sugars, Madras Fert, FACT, Indbank Merc and Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:10AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 135.55 points to 18279.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Cerebra Integrat, Indiabulls Intgrtd, Sintex Inds., Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd. and Coastal Corp(PP), touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 6 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 43 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, Tech Mahindra, HUL, RIL and Nestle India were among top gainers, while M&M, BPCL, ITC, Hero MotoCorp and Grasim Inds. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 417.49 points down at 61381.54 at 11:10AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Sugar, Telecommunications, Cables, Fertilisers and ReIT sectors, while selling was visible in Learning & Education, Services, IT Enabled Services, NBFC and Glass sectors.
