Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Kotyark Industries Ltd., Sree Rayalaseema, TCPL Packaging, Hilton Metal and HAL, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 147.4 points to 17682.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as NGL Fine Chem, Dynemic Product, IMP Powers Ltd, Agni Green Power Ltd. and Future Retail, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 38 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 10 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Eicher Motors, Wipro and Titan Company were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, Apollo Hospital, Divis Labs, Hindalco and NTPC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 560.42 points up at 59377.71 at 10:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Defence, Paper, Industrial Equipment, Telecommunications and Electric/Electronics sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Aquaculture, Gas & Petroleum, Auto Ancillaries and Glass sectors.
