Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Fine Organic Ind., Superhouse Ltd, Blue Chip India, Network People Services Technologies Ltd. and Cool Caps Industries Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 21.15 points to 17503.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Vipul Ltd, Future Retail, Birla Tyres, KCK Industries Ltd. and IMP Powers Ltd, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 26 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Apollo Hospital, ICICI Bank, Coal India Ltd, Sun Pharma and UPL were among top gainers, while Bajaj Finance, ONGC, NTPC, Wipro and Adani Ports SEZ traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 85.63 points down at 58767.44 at 11:16AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Electric/Electronics, Chemicals, Paper and Learning & Education sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Gas & Petroleum, Auto Ancillaries, Aquaculture and Sugar sectors.
